We have been looking for a new couch and did extensive research on it. The Moana reclining sofa is really attractive as it offers both comfort and streamlined modern design that doesn't always come with the more common bulky recliner pieces. Greta greeted us and walked us through the store. Greta is very helpful and full of knowledge on the products available. Greta didn't push on any of the added services but was kind to explain in detail what those services entails so we can make an informed decision. The whole process was smooth and easy. We were in and out within 40 minutes. The only bummer is that the sofa will take a longer time to be delivered. Presumably, this is due to Covid and it's expected of the times. I can't wait for the sofa to arrive!

Perfect experience! Customer service was exceptional. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help answer any questions and give you guidance in the process of selecting the perfect piece of furniture. MARCO is #LIFESAVER! He find me the perfect sleeper sofa, not only in the style I was looking for but also within the time frame needed. He is also extremely polite, knowledgeable about the products and knows how to listen to customers to deliver nothing but the perfect outcome to the shopping experience! A++++ to him and the rest of the stuff. I will definitely be coming back and asking for him.

The Living Spaces on 4801 Venice Blvd. Los Angeles Ca 90019 had beyond great costumer service again. A few years back I bought my mattress from here. And today I went to buy new mattresses for my kids that need "grown up" beds and Stephanie the supervisor I believe helped me throughout the whole process. I came to check out the mattresses a few days prior and returned to her because 1. Her patience of me asking a million and one questions I had- she answered and 2. Didn't try to oversell me anything I didn't want or need. To me it felt she genuinely cared about the customer. Today Stephanie helped me get the 2 mattresses for my kids and directed me to a gentleman who had more experience on mattresses. He helped me make my decision fairly fast & easy. And one thing I really LOVED is that I was able to pick my delivery date & time frame! Now that was amazing since my house is being remodeled but didn't want to miss out on the 4th of July sales. Thank you Living Spaces! :)

Love this Living Spaces Venice Blvd location because it's so big and has a lot of variety in the presentation spaces. I bought a king bed with storage and Bobby was super nice, helped me, answered all of my questions, and booked a delivery time faster than the windows being offered online. The delivery was also great and the guys were very communicative and even helped me take my boxes to my doorstep since I live on a second story without an elevator and I couldn't have done it without them. Building the bed by myself was a lot faster than I anticipated and I love how it came out in the end. I'm super happy with my investment for my dream bed. Thank you!

Always a great experience! I've purchased a living room set and a mattress set and 2 years later everything is still in great condition. Today purchased a small settee. Luis L. was very helpful and even pulled up a photo of the settee in the fabric I chose. Great customer service and good quality furniture at a great price! Love Living Spaces!!!

I had been cruising around for a console for A/V home theater equipment.17" wide is the standard because this stuff is frequently rack mounted. But furniture frequently doesn't seem to acknowledge that. A lot of cabinets don't have wide enough or enough bays and shelves at that width (or double that for side-by-sides). Gear also needs adequate ventilation since heat is an electronics killer. I went into LS just to look around and found this piece. It has enough openings that are wide enough and the grills are open for air circulation. The LS folks were great. Really accommodating of my questions and immediately able to check availability and arrange for delivery. I'm glad there's a brick and mortar LS near me because I had to take my tape measure (they have them too) and be sure things will fit. Five stars.

Excellent Customer Service! Came in about 2 weeks ago looking for a sectional for my place. Was helped by a younger guy who walked with me through nearly th entire store as I was looking at options and had answers to all of my questions which was very helpful. Ended up buying the MAVEN Shadow Sectional in the slate dark blue grey and it was delivered to my home. Its PERFECT and BEYOND Comfortable. The color, the size and the feel of this couch exceeded my expectations. I am thrilled to have checked out living spaces in my neighborhood as I am usually deterred by the prices at first, the location had a sectioned area where you can find lower priced options that are on sale and it fit my budget perfectly.

Received email stating that an item was in stock only to call for customer service not able help and to transfer to Mid Town store itself for no one to answer after 30/40 rings and THEN disconnect to THEN go in the store for them to say all parts aren't in and didn't understand how or why I got email in first place and put me back on email notification when its back in for real I gues. STILL HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE @living spaces.com Have emailed Edith Ortega info per her request regarding separate issues no confirmation from her end, tried calling Ms. Ortega and as usual get disconnected or no call back...horrible. Should be able to get some sort of something for time and trouble...

Purchase a dining table said it would be there within a month and it took them 2 months to have it delivered ,it was to be delivered today with a time frame from 1:00 to 4:15 it's 6:30 and I'm still waiting 2 purchases were to be delivered together ,theyess that up too ,today is Monday going to have to wait till Wednesday for that and probably have to take off work again because it'll probably take them all day to get here ,Very disappointed on Living spaces on Venice , last time I shop here.

After waiting 3 months for a custom couch, the couch was finally delivered in the wrong color and fabric. Living Spaces won't send us a replacement for another 3 months. Customer Service has been unable to provide an adequate solution to this error. I would not recommend shopping at Living Spaces after the way this was handled.

Honestly this review is because Luna, the floor sales associate Did such a fantastic job of helping me select a couch. I didn't really realize before Luna how important it really is to have somebody who knows what they're talking about, regarding ALL options, when it comes to every single aspect of the furniture. This lady literally knew by heart specs about availability of all the different couches in the whole store it seemed. It helped SO much. She knew exactly which couches I could choose from that would fit my specs. I had a very specific requirement for my space and for my interior decorating and Luna was literally blowing my mind with her knowledge base. Like WOW. Based on her knowledge, and patience, I was able to select the absolute best possible option for my needs. Considering this is the third couch that I have ordered and had to return because it wasn't right, I must say my experience with Luna sealed the deal for me. This is my 5th couch purchase in 5 years. So let's just say, I know the ropes when it comes to this kind of thing. I am picky. Luna was the best sales associate I have ever encountered not just from this furniture store but from any furniture store I've ever been to including Ashlee's and any competition around this area.
